The Brief Choose a brand from a specific market and conduct a rebrand.
Banfield is well-known for its affordable veterinary care, which primarily serves dogs and cats. With locations across America and a long-term partnership with PetSmart, most pet owners in the U.S. have encountered the brand. I purposefully chose Banfield to give myself the challenge of rebranding such a familiar entity!

The Goal 
Banfield's current branding is friendly, but a bit generic and out of touch with its target audience. My goal is to highlight their affordability, approachability, and dedication to pet health. The hospital's current logo has the right components, but it can be refreshed to fit the goals I listed above. 
The Final Logo 
As seen in the video to the left, I created a logo that speaks directly to Banfield's values in a way that still connects with the everyday consumer. Incorporating such a large number of themes into one graphic was not easy, but the final result elegantly fulfills my goals for this redesign.
